 
Remote Backup Plans and Pricing
We've created a great selection of plans designed to meet your storage
requirements. You can choose the plan best suited to your needs. All of our
plans include:
- One monthly charge for storage space;
- You can upgrade your storage space once/ month;
- Billing and technical support 365 days/ year;
- Internet support available 24/7;
- Upgrades of the Secure-ISS Explorer software for the life of
your subscription;
- Access to Secure-ISS message boards; and
- Unlimited number of sub-users under the primary account.
We know you don't want to pay for space that you may not
immediately need. We offer each of our clients the ability to
upgrade their account once every billing cycle, so as you grow so
too can your storage requirements.
Setup Fees
Each of the plans has a $100 AUD (ex. GST) or $110 (Incl. GST) setup fee.
This setup fee covers the software and any initial setup
consultation that may be required. This setup fee also entitles you to free
upgrades of the Secure-ISS Explorer product through-out your subscription
period.
Standard Plans

unless otherwise specified. GST only
applicable to residents of Australia. Plans are charged monthly in advance, on your billing
date.

Subscription lengths
All subscriptions to the Secure-ISS service are for a
12-month period. At the expiry of your subscription period, your plan
will move to a month-by-month length. You have to provide Secure-ISS
with one month's written notice to cancel a plan outside of the
subscription/ contract period.
Money Back Guarantee
Secure-ISS offers a 60 day money back guarantee on all
products and services. This 60 days starts from the customer's Sign-up date.
You must advise Secure-ISS in writing prior to the expiration of this 60
day period. All monies will be refunded without question and your data
will be removed from our DSCs immediately.
Refunds Policy
Secure Internet Storage Solutions will consider a
refund of software/ subscription purchases (and cancellation of the remaining
subscription period) in accordance with the following (and outside of
the money back guarantee period):

You contact us via email (support@secure-iss.com)
within your subscription period, and not more than 10 days after the
event occurrence for which you are requesting a refund;

You provide documentation and evidence supporting
your request for a refund and the cancellation of any remaining
subscription period;

You can provide us with identifiable information
from your order (including, but not limited to: Account Number and
last 4 digits of credit card number used for purchase);

Refunds are made only to the credit card which was
used for the purchase; and
-
You destroy all copies of the software upon refund and
discontinue using any and all of our subscription services.
Also note that refunds will only be applied for the amount of
the subscription that has been pre-paid.
Other Charges

Early Termination Fee |
$100 AUD (ex. GST) or the remainder of your
subscription plan. Refer to the FAQs section for further

Credit Card (direct debit) dishonor Fee |
$25 AUD (ex. GST). Incurred after we
fail to draw on the supplied Credit Card after three consecutive
attempts. Maximum of one dishonor fee can be incurred per
Billing period. |

Overage usage fees |
Where an account exceeds its nominated storage
plan usage for more than 14 days in any billing period, an
overage fee may be applied. |
|
CD Media Fee |
$25 AUD (Ex. GST) per disc ordered. This price
is fully inclusive of delivery via registered post and includes insurance.

$50 AUD (Ex. GST) per disc ordered. This price
is fully inclusive of delivery via registered post and includes insurance.
